Our students learn more from us that we can ever know - and it's often not lessons from the board or the book. Their and our mindsets are two powerful factors in educational success. But how do we affect that? How can we help frame the mindset of success for the students we work with? With practical activities, examples and classroom management engagement, this session will help you lead learners leaders with the skills today's world requires.

Iain has taught for over 25 years in the Czech Republic and the UK. He's been a teacher-trainer, examiner team leader, professional presenter, business trainer and more. He is currently the Academic Director at Cumorah Academy, an international leadership & English school that takes a holistic approach to how learners lead themselves and others on their learning path. He loves working with people and having fun both at home and in the classroom.
