How can you best prepare your students for B2 First (FCE) Speaking? As a former B2 First Speaking examiner and long-term teacher of B2 First preparation courses, I have, over time, identified some tips and techniques to help students refine and improve their performance in Speaking Parts 2 and 3. The aim of this session is to demonstrate some ways you can better prep candidates for the individual long turn and the interactive conversation.

CELTA-qualified in January 2010 (Akcent IH Prague), Ru Rahman has taught English for International House Bratislava and British Council Slovakia and, since 2015, for the P.A.R.K. School of English. Between 2014 and 2017 he was also a certified Cambridge Speaking Examiner for FCE and CAE. Since 2019 he has focused on online teaching and mock examining for P.A.R.K. from London, helping candidates to prepare for and pass B2, C1 and C2 Cambridge Exams.
