Many students are comfortable reading and writing but feel uncomfortable speaking, particularly in a large class. In this workshop you can try out some fun activities that will get your students talking. Some of the activities include cooperative learning where students work together to achieve a goal - to solve a puzzle or put together a jigsaw story - and often get so involved they forget they’re working in a foreign language.

Jeremy Taylor started teaching English in Germany in 1987. He has also worked in Egypt, Ireland, France and the Czech Republic. In addition to teaching, he trains teachers and also writes books for learners of languages.
